Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of oliveasia.digital, operated by Oliveasia.com Pte Ltd, 336 Smith Street, #06-302, New Bridge Centre, Singapore 050336. By using this website you agree to them. They do not replace any separate written agreement for project work.

What these terms cover

This page explains the rules for visiting oliveasia.digital and sending us an enquiry. It covers how the site may be used, what its content does and does not promise, who owns the material published here, and how to reach us about any of it.

The terms apply to the website itself. Work we carry out for clients — corporate websites, online stores, and adaptive web design — is governed by the separate written agreement signed for that project, and those documents take precedence wherever the two differ.

Read the sections in order or jump to the part you need. If something here is unclear before you commit to a project, ask us first.

Use of this website

Night-shift build work: the tools behind a corporate site or store build.

You may use this website for lawful purposes and to enquire about our services. Reading the pages, comparing service descriptions, and sending us a message about a corporate website, an online store, or an adaptive web design project are all normal, expected use.

You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, and not to use automated means to extract content at a volume that affects availability for other visitors. That includes aggressive crawlers, bulk form submissions, and attempts to reach areas of the site that are not published for public use.

We may restrict or block access where misuse is detected. Where a restriction is applied in error, write to us and we will look at it — the contact details sit at the end of this page. Restrictions do not remove any right you have under Singapore law.

Website content

Everything published on this site is general information about what we do. It is written to help you decide whether to talk to us, not to replace that conversation.

What you read here What it is not Where the real version lives
Service descriptions for corporate websites, ecommerce, and adaptive web design Not a fixed package, price, or scope Your written project agreement
Notes on platforms, integrations, and maintenance Not a quotation or a binding offer A written quotation we send you
General guidance about approach and process Not professional advice for your specific situation A conversation with our team

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed separately in writing before work begins. Nothing on this website commits either side to a project, and nothing here should be relied on as legal, financial, or technical advice for a decision you are about to make.

Intellectual property

The content, structure, and design of this website belong to Oliveasia.com Pte Ltd unless otherwise stated. That covers the page layouts, the written copy, the photography and graphics we publish, and the way the site is assembled.

You may view the site and print individual pages for your own reference — for example, to take notes before a call with us. Beyond that, reproducing, republishing, or redistributing content from this site without written permission is not permitted. This includes copying page text into another site, reusing our images in marketing material, or presenting our service descriptions as your own.

Ownership of project deliverables — the code, designs, and content we produce during a build — is set out in the relevant project agreement. In most cases that document states clearly what transfers to you on final payment and what remains with us as reusable tooling or framework work. Read it before the project starts, and ask if any clause needs clarifying.

Enquiries and communications

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract and does not oblige either side to proceed. It is the start of a conversation.

Information you send through the contact form or by email is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. That page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to ask us to remove it.

We aim to respond within the timeframes stated on our contact page during working hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We do not guarantee a response to every message — a vague or automated enquiry may not get a reply, while a clear brief about your site or store will.

If you send us files, links, or documents as part of an enquiry, keep a copy of your own. Until a project agreement is signed, we are not acting as a storage or backup service for your material.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided on an as-is basis. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Pages may be edited, moved, or taken offline while we update them.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website — including lost time, lost opportunity, or loss of data caused by relying on content published here rather than on a written agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Singapore. Where a project agreement exists, its liability clauses govern the project work and take priority over this page.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

When a change affects how we handle enquiries or the way project information is presented, we will note it here rather than quietly editing the page. If you have an active project, the agreement you signed stays in force as written — updates to this website do not retroactively change a signed contract.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If a dispute arises over the use of this website, it is handled under Singapore law.

Questions about these terms can be sent to us at any time during working hours. We answer enquiries about the website, about a project already underway, and about a build you are still considering.

Questions visitors ask about these terms

Does sending an enquiry commit me to a project?

No. An enquiry starts a conversation. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are only fixed once we both sign a written project agreement.

Can I reuse text or images from this website?

You can view and print pages for your own reference. Reproducing or republishing our content elsewhere needs written permission. Write to us and we will tell you what is possible.

Who owns the site you build for me?

Ownership of the deliverables is set out in your project agreement — what transfers to you and what stays with us as reusable framework work is stated there before the build begins.

What law applies if there is a disagreement?

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Project disputes are handled under the terms of the signed project agreement.

Before you go: the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy explain how we handle information. Our services and process pages cover what a build looks like in practice, and support and maintenance covers what happens after launch.
